Kent Sandoe is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems at California State University, Chico,
where he teaches corporate information technology and electronic commerce. Kent has over 20 years of experience
in the information systems area as a programmer, analyst, manager, and consultant. He has worked in a variety of
industries, primarily within the transportation and financial services sectors. Recently, he worked within th Internet
Commerce IT group at Cisco Systems where he conducted rrsearch on payments technologies. Prior to joining Chico
State, Kent was on the faculty of the Graduate School of Business at Fordham University in New York City where
he worked on SAP and e-commerce initiatives. Kent's research interests include organizational memory, information
systems security, and institutional impacts of IT. He received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from
Claremont Graduate University.
Corbitt, Gail :
Gail Corbitt is a Professor of Management Information Systems at California State University, Chico, where she
teaches software development and enterprise systems. Gail has over 20 years of experience in the information systems
area. She has worked on major SAP implementation project at Chevron and Hewlett Packard. In addition , she has
been an active researcher and consultant in the areas of business process redesign, rapid/joint applications development,
and collaborative group technology for numerous organizations including the U.S. Navy, Intel, BASF, Simpson Paper
Company, California Prison Authority, and the Huber Company. She received her Ph.D. in Management Information Systems
from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Boykin, Raymond :
Raymond Boykin is a Professor of Operations Management at California State University, Chico, where he is the Director
of the SAP Program and coordinator of the Production and Operations Management Option. Ray has published many articles
in the areas of operations management, risk assessment and management, and quality management. His current research
interests are enterprise systems, supply chain management, and business process analysis and reengineering.
